About Artifically

Artifically builds and runs prebuilt AI automations. The first on sale is Email Receptionist, which acknowledges and ranks job applications for hiring teams; five more are built and open one at a time. You buy an automation, connect your mailbox, set it up, and it runs on our infrastructure around the clock. You don't build workflows. We do, and we maintain them.

Artifically is currently operated by Omar Abubaker, an individual doing business as Artifically, based in the United Arab Emirates. Formal entity registration is in progress; this page will be amended upon completion.

Every automation is a paid subscription with a monthly allowance of work. Nothing stops when you pass it: the extra work is billed at your plan's rate. We hold no security certifications and make no certification claims. Our security practices are described on the Security page, and how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.
