Factual controls, described plainly. Here is how your data and your candidates' data are handled.
- Left out of every score
- Age, gender, marital status, nationality and photo are excluded from scoring. A lawful requirement such as an Emiratization quota is applied openly and shown in the audit trail.
- CVs kept only as long as you set
- Each CV is permanently deleted at the end of the retention window you choose.
- Encryption at rest
- Connected-tool tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with key rotation and delete-through on disconnect.
- Encryption in transit
- All traffic runs over TLS.
